This crisp, sweet & tangy Honey Vinaigrette made with raw honey & apple cider vinegar takes just a minute to mix together. Great on salads & veggies!

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup raw honey
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in mason jar and shake thoroughly until everything is combined.
  • Store covered in fridge.
  • Before serving let this dressing sit for about 10 minutes at room temp and shake well. The ingredients do separate & setup - so shake well!
  • Enjoy on salads & with fresh veggies.
  • This dressing will keep for quite some time in the refrigerator.

Notes

Note - you may substitute any mild tasting vegetable oil of your choice
