Greek Yogurt Caesar Dressing
A simple, delicious & good for you Greek Yogurt Caesar Dressing. Loaded in flavor & protein with no seed oils - go ahead and enjoy a healthy salad dressing!
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Whisk until thoroughly combined.
Dressing is best if made at least an hour or two ahead, allowing time for flavors to blend.
Store dressing covered in fridge. Use within 3-4 days.
Plain yogurt can be substituted.
This dressing is thick. If you'd like it thinner, add 1-2 tablespoon of water or milk.
