Grilled Balsamic & Honey Peaches With Guyere Cheese

Fresh peaches grilled with balsamic and honey - topped with Gruyere cheese.

  • 2 peaches
  • 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon honey raw is best
  • sea salt to taste
  • Gruyere Cheese to taste
  • whipped cream optional
  • olive oil for grill


  • Cut peaches in half and remove pits.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine balsamic vinegar and honey. Whisk until combined.
  • Let peaches rest in balsamic mixture until grill is ready.
  • Heat up grill.
  • When grill is at temperature, brush grates with olive oil.
  • Place peaches on grill, over direct heat. Brush generously with remaining balsamic mixture. Grill about 4 minutes each side or until desired tenderness and color.
  • Lightly salt.
  • Grate desired amount of Gruyere cheese over peaches and top with whipped cream.
  • Serve and enjoy :)
