  • 16 oz Hatfield® Recipe Essentials Country Ground Sausage

  • 8 large eggs beaten
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese I use Mexican Blend
  • salsa, hot sauce, sour cream, guacamole optional toppings


  • In a skillet, crumble and brown sausage. Drain any excess grease.
  • Scramble eggs in butter. You can do this in a separate skillet or use the same skillet - just remove sausage after browned.
  • Combine sausage and eggs. Add shredded cheese and combine over low heat until melted.
  • Serve immediately in tortillas - taco or burrito style. Top with salsa, hot sauce, sour cream or guacamole if preferred.
