Peanut Butter Blondies

Need a peanut butter fix? These Peanut Butter Blondies are a must try! Chewy, gooey peanut butter bars with a touch of cinnamon. They're a breeze to bake!

  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (or crunchy if you prefer)
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • Preheat oven to 350°. Grease/spray a 7"x 11" baking pan.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, mix butter, granulated sugar & brown sugar.
  • Add in eggs & vanilla - beat until smooth.
  • Add in peanut butter - beat until combined.
  • In a separate, small mixing bowl - whisk together flour, cinnamon, baking powder & salt.
  • Add flour mixture to butter mixture. Mix until combined.
  • Pour/spoon batter into prepared baking pan. Even/smooth out with a spatula.
  • Bake 20 - 25 minutes. Edges should be light golden brown and center should be just set.
  • Cool, cut into squares & enjoy. Store covered at room temp.


Lightly spray or grease measuring cup to minimize sticking & easily scrape out peanut butter.
