This creamy delicious microwave fudge uses leftover Easter candy. Chocolate, marshmallow peeps & peanut butter - takes less then 5 minutes!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 12 oz bag of semisweet chocolate chips (or 2 cups chopped chocolate)
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 3 -4 oz. package Peeps -OR- 1 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions
 

  • Grease/spray a 8"x8" dish or pan.
  • Chop peeps, set aside.
  • Combine chocolate chips, peanut butter and margarine in a large microwave safe bowl.
  • Microwave for 1 minute. Stir.
  • Microwave for another 30 seconds. Stir. At this point it should be melted & combined - if not microwave for another 15 - 30 seconds. You want it just melted and combined - not molten.
  • Stir in marshmallows.
  • Spoon into a greased 8"x8" dish.
  • Refrigerate for a few hours until fudge is set. Cut into small squares & enjoy. Fudge must be stored in fridge.
