Bacon Oatmeal. A hearty, sweet & savory breakfast. Quick to make in the microwave with Quaker Oats, bacon, pure maple syrup, walnuts & brown sugar - this delicious breakfast is a great way to start the day!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Quaker® Oats Quick One Minute Oats
  • 1 cup water
  • pinch of salt optional
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cooked crumbled bacon about 1 strip
  • 1 tablespoon crushed walnuts or your favorite nuts
  • drizzle of pure maple syrup
  • sprinkle of cinnamon optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine Quaker® Oats, water, brown sugar and salt in a microwave safe bowl. Stir.
  • Microwave for 2 minutes. Stir.
  • Sprinkle oatmeal with crumbled bacon and crushed nuts.
  • Drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Eat and enjoy :)
