Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. By now we all know this. Thing is, it’s just as important to make your breakfast count. Sugar laden cereals or toast with coffee just won’t cut it. You need a serious breakfast that will keep you full, focused and ready to take on the day.
In a perfect world, I would have a full course breakfast ready for my family each morning. Reality is, though, mornings are crazy and chaotic.
Quaker® Oats are a necessity in my home. It’s one of our go to breakfasts. I can have breakfast on the table with a simple scoop of oats and a cup of water in about two minutes. It’s so easy, my daughter even makes it for herself.

That’s the beauty of Quaker® Oats – it’s an extremely versatile breakfast. The possibilities of the breakfasts you can create are endless. You could have a different breakfast combination every morning! Sweet, savory, salty or even spicy – it all works! We use different milks, fresh fruits, jams, nuts, seeds, breakfast meats, cheese, salsa – whatever we’re in the mood for that day.

Thanks Dawn! Oatmeal is our Monday to Friday go to breakfast! I eat it most often with milk, brown sugar and cinnamon or fruit butter stirred in. I love it too! Now if I could only get my toddler to eat it….:)
