Whisk together flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt & baking soda into a mixing bowl. Stir in shredded cheese.
In a separate mixing bowl add pepper jelly, butter, eggs, milk, sour cream & sugar. Whisk until smooth & combined.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredient bowl all at once. Stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Spoon or scrape mixture into prepared loaf pan.
Bake 40 - 45 minutes until top is golden & toothpick inserted into center of loaf comes out with moist crumb.
Cool in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove loaf from pan & cool on wire rack.
