Welcome! I’m Amanda. I’m a 30 something wife and mama loving life in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
Foremost, I love cooking for my family. They’ve become quite the foodies, so rest assured, there will be no under seasoned or over cooked food in this house!
I enjoy experimenting with different ingredients, flavors, cuisines and techniques. Rules bore me and by all means are meant to be broken in my kitchen. I love flavorful and exotic foods but I’ve never found recipes with extensive lists of extravagant & obscure ingredients impressive. I prefer to keep things a bit more simple. I’m busy, you’re busy – let’s do food without all the fuss!
I enjoy crafting & creating and LOVE antiques, junk & picking! When I have free time, you’ll find me hanging out at auctions, thrift stores and yard sales. I have TONS of projects to get working on and can’t wait to share them with you.
